I don't do candy bars.
I do like a bar of chocolate that is 75-90% cocoa.

Not a fan. My brother in law was eating a Dove bar every night. Couldn't understand why he was gaining weight since he worked out so much.

Oh, yeah. First time in their 100 history, shut everything down for like 18 months and retooled. Smart move. Back in business and delicious.

Of course, Blue Bell is like a commercial operation near nation wide. I'm more impressed with local chains. "Amy's Ice Cream" in Austin started back in the early 80's. Homemade from scratch. Damn on a 100 degree day.

Peerless dairies in Calgary back in the 80's use to make an ice cream that was 26% butter fat. It was like eating silk.

Have done Pina Colada, peanut butter chocolate chip, and chocolate fudge peppermint. Still working on a Maple bacon brittle.
