Re: Klondike Bars
I don't do candy bars.
I do like a bar of chocolate that is 75-90% cocoa.

It's been ages since I've had one. Seems to me there use to be a peanut butter one that was my fav years ago, before the Reeses one.

Not a fan. My brother in law was eating a Dove bar every night. Couldn't understand why he was gaining weight since he worked out so much.

Oh, yeah. First time in their 100 history, shut everything down for like 18 months and retooled. Smart move. Back in business and delicious.megman wrote: ↑Mon Apr 01, 2019 10:34 pmIsn't that the same outfit that tried to give half the country salmonella?WestTexasCrude wrote: ↑Mon Apr 01, 2019 10:24 pm Ice cream products. Re: Klondike Bars
Of course, Blue Bell is like a commercial operation near nation wide. I'm more impressed with local chains. "Amy's Ice Cream" in Austin started back in the early 80's. Homemade from scratch. Damn on a 100 degree day.

Peerless dairies in Calgary back in the 80's use to make an ice cream that was 26% butter fat. It was like eating silk.Reservoir Dog wrote: ↑Mon Apr 01, 2019 11:19 pm I can't even remember the last time I ate ice cream. But I do remember liking mint chocolate chip.
