One thing I don't understand and of course is never mentioned in any media accounts/ Aren't the Bahama's a British territory (Like Puerto Rico a US one)? So we are offering massive aid (which is fine), offering to locate thousands here (which is not fine). So where the hell are the Brits?

Part of the problem is there's no infrastructure in the Bahamas now. It will be difficult to help those in need.
