I just went through that. Felt like shit for a month. Everyone said I was white as a ghost. Got a blood work-up and found that I was anemic. Turns out I had bleeding ulcers in my gut and intestine. Wound up in hospital for 4 days and got a 1/2 gallon worth of blood transfusion. Still have a low iron count.
