Daily:

Shampoo
Body with Dove
Do a good job
Face
Back scrubber with body wash
Also feet with scrubber
Cream Rinse for my luxuriant lox.
A little blowdrying on the top.
Done

I do have short hair, and I exercise regularly, so it gets washed regularly. If I had long hair maybe it'd be different. I'll never know.

Body wash top to bottom. And I make my own.

Haven't bough shampoo in 38 years. No need.

Body wash is a good way to slip in the shower, but I use some with salicylic acid to scrub my back and feet.
