another great B movie

been a while. Last 2 weeks I had no internet, seemed like defective modem (dsl) and I learned dsl modems are a thing of the past? My provider is giving out refurbed units now. So waiting for a modem and Thursday night a guy calls and lead me thru the process to get things working. I got a "new" modem about 6 months or so ago, the old one was strictly a modem, and the provider made changes so the original modem I had no longer worked. So new modem that has a router, back a year or so ago, all was fine. Now 2 weeks ago, no internet. So Thur. the guy said your new modem has old users credentials and their service has been suspended, so he lead me thru to fix it and boom, I have internet. My phone is only talk and text and during that time I thought I'll just upgrade to data plan. No go, have to get online to do that, and I have no access.

Anyway, the movie is "deadly weapons" from 1974. You have to at least see about the first minute to believe it. It's free on plex and it has commercials but for me the commercials were almost a welcome break. These people all must have paid to be in the movie. it's on prime for 3.99 but I wouldn't pay for it. Plex let me watch as a guest or whatever so that was ok, but the movie was just so bad. There is a plot and a "surprise" ending (sort of ) but so bad, except for the "deadly weapons" .

Yeah, Plex has a free streaming option available similar to PlutoTV and Tubi. Its just not as well know as those others. You can watch for free without an account or create one to setup watchlists. Same thing for Pluto TV & Tubi. They all have on-demand tv shows/movies as well as live channels.
