I had an "old one" pop into my head some weeks ago, mainly just the theme song "be mo be mo be mo potato chips" bemo potato chips. They were made in Kalamazoo , near the gibson guitar factory and came in big metal cans so there were very few broken chips. I thought I read they went out of business in 1981 or something but I don't remember seeing them much past 1973 or so. I don't know how wide their distribution area was. There is a drive in theatre about 20 miles from me in a tiny little town that's been there since 1946 or something like that . I also went to douglas drive in their sign is at the henry ford museum. I still remember the old lady that worked the ticket building. when I saw "when the screaming stops" they handed out special paper bags , "what's this for?" "that's your barf bag" . supposedly the movie was so scary / gross that some people may vomit. I don't even remember the movie so it must have sucked. They'd usually have texas chainsaw massacre there every season.
