Major cities (like Seattle) get all the homeless for hundreds of miles dumped on their doorstep to deal with. Almost all are either addicts, mentally ill or both. If you want to solve homelessness it isn't an income issue, it's a mental health and drug treatment issue. The economic based homeless tend to be short term and are aided by the city and state programs to get back on their feet.

Watched the entire vid--it's legal to have 3 grams of smack--then Seattle cannot understand why all these people are useless humans camping and shitting in downtown. Nobody made these people addicts but the city sure made it easy to become one. So,Seattle gets exactly what they wanted for these people-freedom to become useless and a burden of working people who pay taxes and work for a living. Most junkies I know want to be junkies and they couldn't care less about much else. Those wanting to get clean do. No sympathy for that city or those people,they made their choice. Friend from Vancouver says downtown is exactly like Seattle. I bet nobody on Seattle city gov. lives in downtown.like good Socialists they create problems then need more taxes to band-aid the problem.

I have an idea to solve the drug problem. We outlaw drugs and throw users and dealers in prison. Historical evidence definitely indicates that.
