Do you ever fuck around with targeted ads?

It's a bit of a hoot.
So you're on the internet shopping for something. Let's say a new wristwatch. For two weeks after that, all the targeted ads on the web sites you visit will be showing you wristwatches and companies that sell wristwatches.
So I go to Victoria's Secret and click on a few of the pictures. For the next two weeks all the targeted ads will be showing me scantily clad supermodels wearing lingerie.
It works for pretty much anything.

Yea, true. And now the big annoyance is when the site detects the ad-blocker and throws a nag screen across what I'm trying to read, with no way to click it off. I get it, the site wants some scratch from the ads, but I'm under no obligation to help them earn it.
