There's also reporting stating he sustained injuries. So who are you going to believe? The victim who was released without charges and the third party disclosing on video the victim is bleeding, or the fascists who attacked him for no reason in the first place and then had to let him go and have lied every step of the way on their unwarranted murders of US citizens in the area? Those same fascists conducting their attacks on the law abiding civilian population calling protestors domestic terrorists, believe their rhetoric at your own peril. Notice how he had to drop his first claim of there was no marching on the US citizen, which is something he'd have seen if he looked into this incident at all instead of swallowing the fascist propaganda line. He also can't claim there was a punch because the legal US citizen was released without charges afterwards, so that cuts out his interference and obstruction excuses. So all he has left is pretending there were no injuries inflicted, because he can pretend he didn't read that reporting easier than he can pretend he isn't seeing an aggressive and unlawful government agency attacking its own population of legal US citizens is marching on civilians day after day and attacking them.
