I do a half and half, but the coconut cream is much thicker. It's essentially 95% coconut and 5% water, so it doesn't dilute and it has a much richer coconut flavour.Reservoir Dog wrote: ↑Wed Feb 06, 2019 1:30 amI completely eliminate water and go with only chicken broth. My Grandmother's hot and spicy green beans is always a pleasure to make.
I make a pretty damn good Bruschetta, if I do say so myself.
I'm currently trying to perfect coconut curry chicken soup.
I really enjoy making steak tartare.
I'm pretty close but I haven't nailed it yet.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll give it a shot. Do you use equal amounts of cream as you would milk? Or do you use less cream?megman wrote: ↑Wed Feb 06, 2019 1:35 amI do a half and half, but the coconut cream is much thicker. That menu looks pretty good. I just went out to dinner last week with another couple that insisted we drive 30 minutes away to go to a place they liked. (that's a long drive since everything is so close in NJ, to give you an example there are 7 Sushi restaurants within 10 minutes of my house).
Long story short, the food was poor at best and your menu looks much better than what the restaurant offered.
Now back to one of my favorite rappers, Nicki.

Rice is great if you're really hungry and want to eat two thousand of something.

Quint grew up on eating shit with corn in it. That's why he's the fag that he is today. Even his own mother is ashamed of him and the fact that he never amounted to shit either.

I’d like a good recipe for yellow curry chicken. Not red Thai shit, not coconut, but the yellow spicy posh curry that I thought was actual curry.

Will try.Flumper wrote: ↑Wed Feb 06, 2019 12:00 am If anyone wants a recipe to make a salsa that tastes just like what you get at a Chili's Restaurant, then I have your answer.
1 can of Petite Diced tomatoes.
1 can of Rotelle tomatoes (hot or mild depending on how hot you like it).
1/2 tsp of garlic salt
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/4 tsp of sugar
Put it in a blender and pulse 5 or 6 times. Chill or don't chill. doesn't matter.

That is more British and I have an intense dislike for rutabagas.
To the best of my knowledge I haven't intentionally ruined anyone's threads other than by making a comment in them.
That can change in a New York Minute though. That would be bad for every poster in this fine forum. All I ask is that you refrain from post shit, scat and various long cats and anything lemon party related.
If we can come to this agreement that would be super.

Re: (AST) Do you have a special dinner you love to prepare?
Internet date menu:
Brie and fruit apps with white wine.
Main course:
Pork Tenderloin with a mushroom Madera heavy cream shallot reduction
Rosemary potatoes-I walk out the front door and harvest the rosemary. Ffinish them to perfection under the broiler
Microwaved broccoli
Cab sauv
No dessert because we're both trying to lose weight.
Works 50 percent of the time, 100 percent of the time.

What the hell are you talking about? I only asked about a recipe with no additional comments. Forgive my confusion on the original of Pasties.Who wrote: ↑Wed Feb 06, 2019 5:01 amThat is more British and I have an intense dislike for rutabagas.
