Ignorance just doesn't look good on you son. I live in a semi-Mountainous region where the prime areas are mesas that are 1,500 above the plains below. Higher wind speeds. I'll talk global later, but ranchers in promising oil areas have been paid $500,000+ per acre just to drill on their land/ per well.
