Looks like Nike stock is down.

All the news from the peanut gallery and where all the nasty trash talk fails miserably.

Middle of nowhere, snowmobiling and snow shoeing. I tried not to look at my phone the whole week. Didn't make it but I didn't mess with it during the day at all.

i thought the same thing, but i don't know how that works when he's still playing college ball. if there is a way, i'm sure they already had him signed.
As soon as the season is over, he'll not go to scholl anymore and officially hire an agent. Nike will have to overpay for him, but they'll need him.
he's already been projected as the first draft pick. his decision now is whether to continue and finish this season with Duke and risk injury before his huge pay day. without him Duke is fucked. With him they probably win the national championship.

Nah, FSF can afford to buy a lot of shit because he doesn't waste his money like that ignorant fuck RD on worthless shit.

I educate people here RD, and I educate people that you are an ignorant scumbag.

Remember kids, the last people you want to listen to are non-Americans like RD and AnalHummer on our political forum. They don't give a fuck about America and in actuality only want to bring America down. That's what losers like them are bent on doing because they are jealous. :?

So wait, you're so much of a fucking jerkoff that you're all impressed with Nike making money on a lost cause? Seriously, you're not an American, watch out for people that aren't from this country people.

Nike is taking this matter very seriously. They have already fired the 8 year old that made Zion’s shoes.

I'd say getting a billion dollar company to scrap millions in inventory at the drop of hat is something. That's not something just anyone can do.

Nike wants to be a worldwide symbol of Capitalism and progressive SJW. They are doomed to failure. The 2 can not co-exist as they will find out about soon enough.

If I had to guess, I'd say Nike is skating to where the puck is going to be, not where it is right now. Nike is focused on keeping it's brand relavant for decades to come. I think they would rather lose some baby boomer buisness as opposed to turning off the younger generations who are much more likely to agree with some of their more recent actions. Half of Nike's revenue comes from outside North America, and this is the segment that is growing. Outside of the U.S. this is a non-issue.

Nike is riding on the NBA into China. The NBA is the most popular sports league in China. If Nike can keep on top of the basketball shoe market China will bring them more revenue then they’ve ever had. So the only community that Nike has to keep in good standing in the US is the black community.

That's a good point. I'm not really referring to Nike, in particular. Just any business that wants to go down that path. Just seems like the most foolish business decision you could make. For example, everybody watches Deniro yell "Fuck Trump" and the whole crowd stands and applauds. He and them are certainly entitled to their free speech, but if your business model is getting butts in the seats at theaters, just stupid to alienate 50% of the population that takes that shit serious and will boycott.Forever

Whatever 35, 40, 45%. Pick your number. Being in business, how dumb is it to exclude even a fraction of that number of customers because your CEO decided he/she wants to be SJW. Just stupid beyond all reality.

I haven't watched a second of the NFL since the start of the 2017 season and I will not have a dime of my hard earned money spent on Nike. You disrespect our flag and law enforcement, then you see none of my money or viewership (which leads to advertising revenue). It's that simple for me. So I guess I am part of the 35% (or whatever number you want to put on it).

On the plus side, I'm the only one at work who wasn't dragging ass the day after the Super Bowl because I was in bed by 9PM the last 2 years.
