Oh, you poor pitiful fools.
Genuine question, are you able to find find for yourself what it was he actually said?
Yes, I am. He said those exact words.
You can argue the broader context if you like but it seems he wants to pick and choose what "Muslim Values" he embraces while ignoring or conveniently forgetting the distasteful ones.

No, he did not. Want to take another crack at finding the actual words?

Oh, pardon me:
"These are Muslim values. These are Canadian Values."

Shhhhh. Don't tell Ricky. His son says everything is cool.
The demographic math, however, tells a much different story.

Were these properties acquired before or after Trump went bonkers??
Fair point. However, his family and his home remain here. With him believing we're nearing a third world hellhole (He may be right), wouldnt he want his family close and in the safety of Jeetistan?

I dont think the US is turning into a 3rd world hellhole, and I dont think Carney believes that either.
He's probably holding on to his properties until Trump is gone and the Dems are back in power in midterms, and 2028 election.
And I cant believe I'm saying this either but I've been a lifelong Republican voter, and I might just vote Dem in upcoming elections.
I might have to take a shower afterwards though

I hear ya'. I may sit this one out except for the Senate race we have here. The Democrats nominated this creepy ass mfer and I cant stand to look at him for six years

There is an old saying: The Republicans might not necessarily be the answer but the Democrats most certainly are the problem.

Almost all my MAGA friends I talked to are against this Iran war. Some of them are vets too.

But thats a small sample, I guess
I think probably most of us would prefer us not be there; that doesn't mean that I'd ever vote for a Democrat though.

This "war" (if you can call a bombing run a war) would be viewed in an entirely different light if Trump had any skills as a communicator. He is such an unlikable, egotistical, child that the actual good that is being done by way of this war is completely lost. The entire world will benefit from the outcome and yet we are going to look like complete assholes. I have never met anyone that has been in business for a long period of time that hasn't learned the first lesson; "never burn a bridge".

Yep. If he could put his ego aside for just a minute and communicate at a reasonable level I think things would be much different. His biggest problem continues to be himself.
