So we had an environmental manager retire and I'm getting that job, I'm leaving my first position with the company and the manure operations supervisor at one farm, operating at a reduced capacity at the pellet mill while maintaining the management position but handing over daily supervision to the maint. lead who had 11 years of expertise with the old equipment, and taking on the full environmental duties for 4 locations. I've insisted on some extensive training for the new role and we're keeping the old guy as a consultant. They also have me starting to work in sales and scheduling. Been a wild 5 years here.
