If you were on Death Row what would you choose for your last meal?

It would be hard to choose, but it would either be...

A Hawaiian panzerotti from Tony's Pizza

or

3 Eggs Benedict with 6 slices of bacon and 6 breakfast sausages. (Chipotle sauce on the side)

I was in Costco last Sunday. They had a pack with three legs in it for $58.97

Last time we bought them there they kind of sucked. Girlfriend brought the package back and they rolled right over and gave us our money back.

I bought about 10 shares last month. I’m doing ok.

I think they’re cooked and then frozen close to the dock. The last ones probably thawed out and then got refrozen a second time. Ruined our night. First world problem.

yes, its a process. you have to melt the butter and then skim off the fat that collects on top. the remaining butter is much thinner (more liquidy)

so, technically you can heat them anyway you want and they would be ready to eat since they are already cooked? like throw the on a BBQ grill for a few minutes and then start eating? I think I have eaten snow crab legs done like that and I wasn't the one that cooked or bought them, but I remember thinking that they were probably already cooked before putting on the grill to warm. because grilling crab legs didn't make much sense to me.

It's called Ghee dammit!!!

When butter goes on sale, and no room in the freezer, I make Ghee.

And it can sit on the shelf. 8-)

Ghee
Ghee takes longer than that to draw out water, but that's still just clarified butter. Drawn butter traditionally contains the solids for flavor
