We drive right by it to get to our place at the lake. In the 20 years they've had that land they haven't done a damn thing with it except turn the vehicle compound into a dump for rusting old cars, refrigerators, washers and dryers.
The first thing they did was gut every building for the copper pipes in the walls. The buildings are now just a bunch of rotting shells. But they did build a smoke shack for folks to buy tax free cigs.
Oh, and you can buy fish. Because you know, they have no fishing limits.
