I think this is really the sticking point for those of us who find her success mildly irritating. The fact that her sister taking a dik on camera was the genesis moment for little plastic kylie's makeup empire.

Through your cousin you work out a deal where Joe Blow will be the face of Hammy's Awesome Ale. He tweets about it, promotes it and his millions of fans and twitter followers eat it up. Your sales go through the roof and you are now ranking in the dough and struggling to meet demand all thanks to this dude who knows nothing about beer or business. I took a couple minutes to look around and see what's going on. It sounds like her company is worth nowhere near $900 million, but that is the value that Forbes put on it, to put her at $1 billion. It made $100 million net profit in 2017. Now that is impressive, especially for a company with 7 full time employees, and 5 part time employees. It sounds to me like John Barron, or Kris Jenner's PR team talked to Forbes, and convinced them of the $900 million value. If she put it up for sale right now, I don't think anyone would come even close to offering her $900 million for that company. Calling her a billionaire sounds like a PR stunt. Successful, and very wealthy, yes, but worth $1 billion.....no.
