lol, now the Trump dick suckers care for the constitution
We always have. Hence our efforts to repeal Husseincare and the traitorous Dream Act.
The GOP had control of The White House AND Congress. They did not repeal and replace. You are a young person with a warped mind.
Hence my usage of the words "efforts to". Notice that the Dream Act was upheld by the liberal activists on the 9th circuit.
And while we weren't successful in completely eradicating Husseincare, we gutted it to the point where its a non-issue.

thankfully I am no longer flushing $200k down the toilet every year because of it. Of course I am still paying in terms of the tripling of other health insurance that will never go back to where it was. that was the biggest cluster fuck in modern history.

the crying and whining and fake uproar over supreme court selections is one of the dumbest things there is. and there isn't a swinging dick that can point to instances where a judge has made a political ruling. no matter how rotted your brain is from watching political news tv, these judges aren't politicians dressed in black robes. they rule on law.
Lets not forget that RBG advocated for lowering the age of consent to below 12. She was an evil wench
what? i did not know that.
Its in her book from 1977 when she was chief counsel of the ACLU
found it. yeah, she never said that. She cited a senate bill that had that language, but she only cited it to give an example of how some laws use gender neutral pronouns and its up to judges to determine when a law was meant for both genders if the law was written with a male pronoun.
she did NOT advocate to lower the age of consent. that's fake.

Ya, the right would love to leave millions of Americans without any health insurance during a pandemic.
Any damn fool can navigate the world sober. It takes a really good sailor to do it drunk

They have political leanings that influence their decision making, that is beyond debate.

change the world "political" to "ideological" and I will agree with you. what mostly differentiates judges is in their ideological interpretations of the law. Like were they written to be taken verbatim or were they written within a context that allowed interpretation. Or if a law says that "a man will not be allowed to .....". Does that mean "a man" or does it include "women". Those are the types of things that judges can disagree on.

United Staes v. Virginia, 1996. Bush v. Gore, 2000 Obergefell v. Hodges, 2015 Shelby County v. Holder, 2013 Sessions v. Dimaya, 2018 Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, 2007 Whole Women's Health v. Hellerstedt]/i], 2016
Want me to go on?
Grosuch concurred in Dimaya, kick him out of the court? Otherwise, it looks like you just don’t like civil rights successes and are opposed to women's equal rights advances.
Tough titties, I agree with Obergfell, Virginia, Whole Women’s Health, disagree with Ledbetter, it think it’s a lousy decision.
These aren’t issues that involve grand issues of treason or some shit, you just seem to be hostile to women. And gays.
Not even remotely. I fucking love women.
Here's the thing: those weren't "civil rights successes". They were examples of activism from the bench. The fact that you agree with those incorrect decisions doesn't mean they were correct.

Wrong again. We want people to have health insurance. We just don't feel that health insurance for those who can't pay for it themselves should be paid for by those who can. Personal responsibility is a thing.

Well then I guess only children whose parents can pay for their public school education should go to school. Let's start charging.
Healthcare and health insurance is an immense burden on the public. I would much prefer my tax dollars support a universal health initiative than Exxon mobil's tax breaks

They probably should start charging. Endless handouts create reliance on handouts. And we shouldn't encourage or enable parasitism.

They're supposed to rule on law. Vader Ginsburg and the other liberals on the bench -- and in other courts like the notoriously delusional 9th circuit -- have forgotten that. They legislate, instead of ruling correctly based on the Constitution.
So I was reading a headline "Ted Cruz has blocked a Senate resolution to honor Justice RBG". Then you read the actual story. Turns out Chuck Schumer insisted on adding a sentence that, to paraphrase states that RBG, with her last dying breath wished that Trump could not name her successor (or something like that). JFC, these clowns (all of them on both sides) can't even do something a simple as pass an honor resolution without mucking it up with political BS. And you just know that whole "last dying wish" thing is total propaganda horseshit.
Everything is political..........maybe Schumer just wants to fuck with the Republicans a little bit because he knows they are such hypocritical assholes and couldn't give two fucks about honoring RBG

Great argument. If you ever get a speeding ticket or popped for drug possession, use it and let me know how it works out.
So let me get this straight. According to her Granddaughter, her last words were something like "I don't want Trump to be allowed to fill my seat". OK, could be true but sounds like propaganda BS. If that is true though, she is easily the most vile, evil person that has ever held that office. So, you are laboring with your final breaths with family and friends gathered around the death bed. And instead of telling everybody around her to remember her, make the most of their lives, etc she makes a political statement about "her" seat. BS. Nobody does that minutes from dying. And it's not "her" seat, it's the American citizens "seat" going back 240+ years. Just dump the body anywhere the damage she has caused.

it will give me great pleasure that when you die no one will find your body for weeks as the rats gnaw on your worthless piece of shit body
