I would kill randomly. Old/Young/Black/White and with a different method of murder each time. I would turn the bodies in to chum out in the ocean. Not that I ever though about it.

I'd select victims randomly, but then target them carefully, bearing in mind that the days of being able to stalk victims freely are long past with the advent of CCTV. These days the po po can trawl through vast stores of CCTV around the movement of different victims and cross reference with facial recognition. You don't want to go full rural, because strangers stick out there, but not the inner cities either. There is an argument for targeting the underclass, hookers, homeless etc, because the investigation is weaker, but on the other hand your victim is then a smelly hobo or skanky hoe, so it kinda depends what you want to do with them. Higher quality victims add risk. Ocean disposal is the ideal, but anything where the bodies don't get found. Murder method doesn't matter so much if there's no body to determine what it was.
