The guy who made the claim also can't find the source, or is too ashamed to admit where it came from. You've been taken in by the sanduksy truther movement too, maybe you can find it?

perhaps you should go back and read the beginning of this thread. Even the title ends with a question mark. I posted this as a question and clearly said I didn't claim to be some kind of expert saying one thing or the other. I simply said that there are a lot of holes in the prosecutions case. I've read articles over the past several years both during and after the trial. From those articles I've gleaned bits and pieces. I didn't come here to present YOU with a dissertation. I didn't come here to convince you of anything. Since you seem to have peer-reviewed, double-blind tested, ironclad evidence why don't YOU go ahead and present it. I'd like to see your sited evidence which proves that all accusers told the truth under oath. Take your time. I'll wait.analhamster wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 8:55 pmThe reason you can't source that information is that it was made up. You were duped. I take it you're admitting now that you can't back up the specific claims you made? Are you able to reconsider your position in light of having been taken in by false information?

As far as I'm concerned, you can add other names to that list (and growing) of people suffering (some sitting in jail for years to life) under the same circumstances of 1/ "Guilty until innocent". 2/ Not one shred of evidence other that the accusers word that something happened years/ decades ago even though not 1 single one ever involved them actually going to the police and filing a complaint. 3/ All have a financial windfall in sight by seeing their accused found guilty/ fired whatever. Feel free to add to my list. Bill Cosby (jail)/ Nassar- USA gymnast doctor (Jail for life). Harvey Weinstein (ruined career)/ Kevin Spacey (ruined career)/ Les Moonves (CBS head- ruined career).

So Jerry was just showing how to apply soap and "horseplaying".Sandusky's lawyer before trial wrote:Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills, like how to put soap on their body.
You guys keep talking about the boys ages once the charges were finally filed, did you expect them to stop aging while the University higher ups swept the allegations under the rug for 10+ years?
Are victims getting settlements and Jerry's guilt mutually exclusive?

Poor Nassar is definitely innocent though, that guy got steamrollered just because hundreds of victims accused him, he was found in possession of tens of thousands of kiddy porn pics and actually plead guilty to multiple counts of molesting young girls. It was a travesty of justice sure enough

Re: Happy Valley, Happy Hoax?
The child sexual abuse case that led to the firing of famed Penn State football coach Joe Paterno has rocketed around the country with widespread media attention on national television every day.
But one aspect of the controversy that has gotten relatively little coverage is the unexplained disappearance of the prosecutor in the case.
It is the strange mystery of Ray Gricar, the district attorney in central Pennsylvania who has been missing since 2005. He had been investigating Jerry Sandusky, the longtime Penn State defensive coordinator who has now been charged by a grand jury that identified eight victims in a detailed, 23-page indictment.
Gricar, a tough prosecutor, had decided not to bring charges in 1998 against Sandusky regarding sex abuse allegations. Then in April 2005, Gricar went missing after calling his girlfriend, and his laptop computer - without the hard drive - was found in the Susquehanna River, the largest river in that section of Pennsylvania. The hard drive was later found, in the river, six months after his disappearance.
The case that Gricar had been pursuing is the same one that is described as "Victim 6'' on page 18 of the 23-page indictment.
The mystery remains because Gricar's body was never found, despite an FBI investigation. The case has never been ruled a homicide or a suicide.
The top investigator in the missing person case will now review it, but he told the Associated Press that he does not believe there is any link to the Sandusky inquiry.
"There's no evidence or anything that has ever come to my attention that in any way suggests the Sandusky investigation had anything to do with the disappearance of Ray Gricar,'' Detective Matthew Rickard told the Associated Press.

I don't care about Nassar or the final outcome of his case. It still fit's my 3 top criterion. All these gymnasts claiming sexual abuse (imagine from a doctor that actually had to examine their sexual organs as part of his job) over years/ decades- and yet not one single police complaint from any of them ever, Media hysteria over his trial that assured no way he was given a fair trial. And the Bigee- How many of these aggrieved "victims" have lawsuits filed to fill their bank accounts. I believe if you do some research, you will find the answer is somewhere near 100%. I stand by my statement.analhamster wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 10:47 pmI think you'll find the sandusky truthers actually tend to believe those guys are all guilty.WestTexasCrude wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 10:34 pmAs far as I'm concerned, you can add other names to that list (and growing) of people suffering (some sitting in jail for years to life) under the same circumstances of 1/ "Guilty until innocent". 2/ Not one shred of evidence other that the accusers word that something happened years/ decades ago even though not 1 single one ever involved them actually going to the police and filing a complaint. 3/ All have a financial windfall in sight by seeing their accused found guilty/ fired whatever. Try to focus: he actually pled guilty to some of the counts, presumably the ones where his lawyers told him he was fucked anyway. He had something like 40,000 kiddy porn images on his personal computer, including video of him actually molesting little girls, and over 250 victims came forward. There is really absolutely no doubt whatsoever on Nasser. None. Not even a tiny little bit. And the job of examining the vaginas of little girls does not fall within the remit of an osteopath, you fucking loon.
The fact that a criminal conviction can lead to civil claims afterwards does not negate the criminal conviction. It's even possible for fake claims to be added to real claims, but that doesn't negate the real claims. Damn you're dumb.

I'm surprised at how many people want all of god's little children to carry around rape kits.
Re: Happy Valley, Happy Hoax?
Still doesn't answer the one question that sticks out like a high powered light in the darkness. In all of my examples, from Cosby to Nassar, to Weinstien, etc. all of this raping, sexual abuse, abuse of power over years/decades. Hundreds and hundreds of "victims". and yet not one single example of anyone even taking the simple step of going by their local police station and filing a criminal complaint. Not a fucking one. That speaks volumes along with the flurry of lawsuits involving millions. BS.

Bill Cosby is in prison. Because he was convicted of a crime. What is the first step in that process? I'll give you a hint, it is somebody filing a criminal complaint.WestTexasCrude wrote: ↑Wed Feb 20, 2019 12:38 am Still doesn't answer the one question that sticks out like a high powered light in the darkness. WTC is at least consistent. He's giving you a little view of what you look like defending sandusky, totally impervious to evidence.

Yeah, my example of Nassar was misguided. But even in Cosby's case, his main accuser said she was raped and yet she kept coming to his place for weeks. Yeah it's true, no one cautious enough to not keep a porn stash where any raid will find it, or just not have one, could possibly commit a sex crime. I'm amazed the defense didn't raise that at trial, they'd totally have got him off.
