But it takes a court to determine whether or not the entry was illegal, not some ICE agent.
That would be much like a cop presuming you ran a stop sign and expecting the fine to be paid right then.
Where's your day in court if you think you need it? Where's your presumption of innocence?

But 47 seems to have a real problem with the court system and its role in the Constitution.
