Honestly, the ability to carry on an intelligent conversation. Interests. Something in her head. If I know a woman like this, over time, she becomes more attractive.
The last woman I dated was too dependent on her ex. Taking every one of his dollars she could while she worked minimally and for next to nothing. Spent her money on dumb shit like an Apple Watch and window tint instead of putting her kids in a better living situation. She was essentially rooming with a friend. But she was like 11 years younger than me and I had more sex than I needed. It was fun for awhile, but she wasn't the best mother and being a single dad thats a deal breaker.
Stay the fuck away from my wife or there's going to be trouble!

At my age every woman I'd be after is gonna have kids at home. Which is cool, I like kids generally and understand that that usually comes with a heap of shit, but she's gotta be able to manage it. I pride myself in putting my kid first so I expect the same of anyone I'm gonna be with.

For long term relationship material the key was finding someone who was nice and had lots of long term healthy friendships. A marriage is about friendship and if they don't have the ability to develop and maintain that type of relationship - you will be unhappy.
