By the way: eggs (scrambled or over-medium), bacon or a good sausage, and pancakes are not just breakfast. Brunch, eleveneses, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper, late evening snack, whatever, that's a menu for every single minute of the dining schedule.

i liked to have never found the Aunt Jemima in the store not long ago. I finally decided it had to be this one brand that I had never heard of that had 50% of the shelf space. Sure enough in little tiny print somewhere on it it said, "formerly sold as Aunt Jemimah". I sure hope this has an effect on slowing the slave trade in this country.

One that got to me was Land of Lakes Butter- removed the beautiful Native American woman from their packaging because you know just because. Sure was heart warming to see all those upper Midwest States rush to return the land they stole from the Indians 200+ years ago.
