i'm not sure i understand that front seat. Is the steering wheel on the right? and the shifter on the right? What is that wooden knob under and to the right of the steering wheel?

You do know some countries use right hand drive cars and drive on the left side of the road.
Sure, but the gearshift would normally be to the left of the driver in those countries.

exactly. and i aware that Ford made european style cars. I'm certainly not a car expert by any means, though. obviously they did.
