First off, he was having breakfast at 9. Who eats lunch 2 hours after breakfast?

Secondly, he was planning on dying within 10 minutes of starting his rampage. And that was scheduled at 12:37. Seems like he could have narrowed down his timeline a little.

i noticed that. its almost as if he scheduled lunch right in the middle of the killing spree. which seems like would be the whole point of the timeline in the first place was to schedule the killing spree without any interferences. meals must have been a big deal to him.
