And the answer is 0.
What are the number of people who have survived long term with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, Alex?

My father was diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer in his hip. It had also metastasized to his lung. My sister was getting into battles with his current wife about his treatments and getting cured. I said nobody gets cured from stage 4 cancer....you can maybe hang in there a little bit but there is no cure. Neither one of them would listen to a word I said and kept that man in a recliner for a year because that was the only position he could sleep dragging his ass back and forth to radiation and drugged up to his eyeballs until he didn't know if it was night or day. Miserable end.

Had the pleasure of meeting him. I use to drive the zamboni at Ottawa U and Alex was an alumni. He was there for a related event.

It amazes me that, with all of the advancements in medical technology, testing, etc., that they cannot come up with a method to detect pancreatic cancer before it is too late.

Imagine how many people that would be out of work if they cured cancer?
