I'm not sure what as ordinary UJR's we can do. I know the mods/admins are reluctant to get involved. Something has to give. This isn't old UJ with thousands of members that would bury this type of thing under massive threads.

Yeah, this is a bad one. I think most of us need to show some restraint and allow this episode to ride out.
Still needs to be addressed. We all know over the many years it's not going away.

I think lack of communication is the problem here. We need to show solidarity as brothers and help him talk through his problems. He's going to have to post more to post less.

I'm a Windsor boy. Grew up across from Detroit, which was 75% black back in the day.
