During totality, the full moon does not disappear entirely and instead turns a rusty shade of red, earning it the moniker “blood moon.” This lunar eclipse happens to coincide with the wolf moon, the traditional name for the January full moon. What's more, the moon will be unusually close to Earth and so will be slightly bigger and brighter, making it a so-called supermoon.

Everybody in my town and all 15 counties, are are their own individual wells. Sometimes, in this extreme cold, just dripping doesn't work as the cold can travel right down the well head.

The people here with well houses you can count on one hand.

All wells are open and the only stipulation is that the casing for the well has to be 30" above the grade.

A metal pipe in the open air running into the ground filled with water. What could go wrong?
