I hate to be the fly in the ointment but if has been that bad for a year or more why was it not looked into earlier?
Last Summer, I actually took off a week from my oil field job to have it looked at. Got into a clinic on a Wednesday. They said they didn't have a scope that could go down the throat to look at it and referred my to an ENT. No time left. When the clinic returned my money in full, I had one thought in my head. "Dead Man Walking".

Hey, we might have the worst healthcare system in the developed world, but it's also the most expensive. We can thank the red states that are also the least educated.Reservoir Dog wrote: ↑Fri Aug 11, 2023 10:33 pmYou have to pay to go to a clinic?CentralTexasCrude wrote: ↑Fri Aug 11, 2023 8:58 pmLast Summer, I actually took off a week from my oil field job to have it looked at. How much does a helicopter ride cost in the American Health "Care" system?
That sounds like something that could bankrupt someone with substandard health insurance.
Plus people like Jenny McCarthy and Biker who refuse to acknowledge that medical advances are for the greater good.Geist wrote: ↑Fri Aug 11, 2023 10:38 pmHey, we might have the worst healthcare system in the developed world, but it's also the most expensive.
