I did not. I would agree with Speaker Nancy that Omar has trouble with words. Meaning she says them out loud.analhamster wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 1:06 am Didn't you basically agree with ilhan omar? Or was that just biker?

AIPAC is a lobbying group with the aim of 'improving' us israel relations. Bribing US politicians to pledge allegiance to israel is basically its job description, and it does it well. All perfectly legal, y'all legalised corruption. It's like criticising the NRA for promoting guns.

This is like the old conservative canard about liberals where they say its better to have morals and fail to live up to them then to have no morals at all. You are pointing to Dems condemning what they call hateful speech within their ranks when Trump doesn't even get condemned for his hateful shit he gets standing ovations for it. I guess the irony of that double standard went flying over your head at lightning speed....Lulz.CHEEZY17 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 12:58 am Nobody is feigning outrage dippy. So, now that your deflection has been rebuffed, ready to admit there just might be some folks in your party that feel that way?![]()
Just be honest, holmes. Seriously. I know there are dipshits in the R party; you can still be a good little Liberal and admit there are some fuckwads in your party too.

Youre stiill deflecting, hoss. Trump has nothing to do with our little conversation here. You specifically asked if I (we) thought there was a particular sentiment that could be found within the Dim party. I pointed out that your party literally just drafted and passed a resolution condemning that exact behavior because of the actions and words of members of the party in question. Now, do you see why a person might think that sentiment might be found in your party when your own leadership could not deny it and had to address it? And do you see where you went wrong in your denial or feigned surprise? Again, we are talking about the Dims, and your specific question-not anybody else. Stop trying to deflect and just admit that there are dipshits in your party too.stymiegreen wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 2:59 amThis is like the old conservative canard about liberals where they say its better to have morals and fail to live up to them then to have no morals at all. More deflection and a whataboutism from The Loyal Soldier. Good job!
He was basically universally condemned and stripped of his committee seats. The Dims authored a watered down anti hate clunker because members of the party felt it was too harsh on the dipshits in question.

I agree. The original wording was tougher. Then it had to be watered down because Omar and Talib might have been offended and many felt calling them out would be bad optics and feelings might get hurt. Thus, a watered down generic craptastic resolution that a few R's rightly said didn't go far enough.

Re: Political meme thread for both sides (Except Benchdick)
Omar criticised Israel, not Jews, which is why there was some kickback to the kickback and the resolution got changed to a generic anti hate message. Criticism of Israel and blind support for Israel is gaining acceptance in the dems, antisemitism isn't. The GOP on the other hand ran a few openly antisemitic candidates last cycle and didn't seem to notice. White supremacists tend to be trump fans and that's all fine. Odd thing for the goppers to kick up a fuss over given what's in their big tent.

My response couldn't have been any more clear despite your desire to ignore the behavior of trump and the people who support him. I mockingly asked the question in response to bikers dumb ass question in the first place. Does the fact that your party hasn't drafted a resolution condemning any of its blatant racism mean it doesn't exist? You are as transparently myopic and blatantly disingenuous as they come. You have zero credibility to be lecturing anyone hence why your repeated turning of a blind eye to your own side needs to be continually highlighted. Trump has everything to do with the conversation here because it highlights why you have absolutely no ground to stand on. Sell that shit to the tourists homie....lulzCHEEZY17 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 12:05 pmYoure stiill deflecting, hoss. Trump has nothing to do with our little conversation here. Who is ignoring it? Nope, I admit its there; something you are clearly too chickenshit to admit since you're still deflecting. Why are you being such a pussy about this? Its not like its some sort of secret...Your own fucking leadership condemned it and crafted a resolution to further condemn it you big baby!stymiegreen wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 8:53 pmMy response couldn't have been any more clear despite your desire to ignore the behavior of trump and the people who support him.
