I'll leave this question to the wisdom of our four mods. I don't believe anyone should be banned at all, unless they reveal personal info about another user without permission that could cause detriment, or is an obvious spammer. Gunzen comes around, shits on everything, then leave for an appropriate amount of time so we soon forget. Then like a digital form of herpes, comes back to shit on everything again. But he's never (to my knowledge) revealed another user except himself. Maybe we should just leave it to the forum "marketplace" and not respond to his comments.

Best way. When people get nasty with you, just walk away. They’ll get tired of it, eventually, if you don’t respond.
