It's in the daily and Sunday Orlando Slantinel. I pass by it everyday along with Hi and Lois and Blondie to get to the morning sudoku.

I have been boycotting the comics until they start a Roadrunner strip. My boycott seems to be working as planned. Subscriptions to a lot of news papers are way down since i put it into effect.

Who is as old as dirt!
There are carvings on the interior walls of the Mayan pyramids of Who that can only be viewed through a welders mask or they will sear your retina!
On random thoughts, if the Universe is constantly expanding and expanding, as we are told, what is it expanding into?

Steven Hawkings would tell you that it is expanding into nothing and that nothing was there before it expanded into it. To really understand it, he says you have to think back to the moments before the Big Bang. There was nothing but a single point of singularity. Nothing else. Then it exploded and started to expand. And you can't hypothesis on what there was "before" the big bang because there was no time. So there was nothing to measure or see until after the big bang. Same thing with the expanding universe, before it expands into something there is nothing there to measure or see. I'm a theoretical physicist and cosmologist.

News out of Tennessee, apparently Sheriff Buford Pusser wasn’t the hero cinema made him out to be.
Reports are out that he murdered his first wife and blamed it on his enemies.
The only thing that could cheer me up is if Mother Nature visited 47 and did her thing.

In addition to Beetle Bailey, Dik Browne also created Hagar the Horrible and illustrated Hi and Lois...

Briefly, yep:
(Dwaine B) Tinsley was arrested on May 18, 1989, after being accused by his 18-year-old daughter Allison of molesting her since she was 13. According to court records, he allegedly told his coworkers, "You can't write about this stuff all the time if you don't experience it." Tinsley was found guilty of five counts of child molestation. He was convicted on January 5, 1990, and was sentenced to six years in prison. During his incarceration, he briefly continued dispatching new strips to Hustler from his cell to be edited by Edward Kuhnel. Tinsley's conviction was overturned in 1992 when an appeals court ruled that the jury should not have based the conviction on his strip, violating the First Amendment. The prosecutor in the case ultimately decided not to retry him after he served 23 months. Flynt claims he did not ask Tinsley about the conviction and defended him. He died of a heart attack in 2000 aged 54.

I got started thinking about my smoke detectors. I have alot of them , like 6 or something but my house is small, I do have a concrete wall basement , I guess you'd call it that. but I ran my radio equipment thru 50 feet of extension cord, and I don't knoe how but usually 1600 watts would trip the 15 amp breaker but I always figured about 1800 when the radio was on, but never tripped the breaker. Anyway, I know detectors have the test button, so my thought was "the tester just makes sure the battery can make the alarm sound" It's not a test of smoke getting to the sensor, or is it? That was my random thought recently.

I think that button only tests the battery.

This is correct. There is an aerosol spray that is available to test if they are actually working.
