As someone who made their living from tips for over 20 years I have to say I don't agree with this. I can see some type of tax reduction for people who make under a certain amount. I made a very good living, and it doesn't seem fair to not pay a share like everyone else.

The one that concerns me is the "no tax on overtime pay". A lot of my employees make more $$ with overtime pay than they do with regular pay. Surely they mean that they will tax the overtime pay as regular pay and not the full 1.5X.
