Nice, thats pretty cool. Congrats. I hate when I think about how much my house will actually cost when the mortgage is fully paid off. Plus, not having a house payment is nice. Gonna flip it or long term?

I'm gonna stay at least 5 years, heat pumps will pay for themselves by then. Markets really hot here right now so who knows.

those two windows up high, by the chimney, looked like they were on the 3rd level.
There are three windows up high in a loft, that part of the second floor has a 12 foot ceiling.
