Maybe it was last summer or I don't really remember the last time I camped. The music festival from which I knew him, is no longer and has been no longer for about 2 years so I don't really go out there much at all. He's in PA I'm in NJ.

1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning

Make your own damn mayo! Easy done with a stick blender and tastes oh so much better.
Admittedly doesn't last as long since there are no preservatives, but the ingredients don't cost that much.

Cool story, Uncle Dan is from Yakima WA and I grew up less than 4 blocks from him.
