they warn about drinking grape juice not because it'll kill you,it increases the effects 2-3x times normally--

Weed is better but you gotta make do with what's on hand

I took 2 5mg tabs and it was nice, but weed is still better. Especially for pain.

I have chronic pain from a work injury 2 years ago but I refuse to adopt a pill-popping habit. So far I just grin and bear it. My doctor and my youngest daughter are trying to talk me into trying CBD only pot. I have absolutely no interest in smoking dope but I'm half considering the oils or edibles.

I've had a back injury for 28yrs and I agree in the pill popping, but I do have some as backup. I also use CBD products, smoked, edibles and oils. It really does help for myself, calms the spasms down considerably. If you do try this route, make sure that the oil/edible has been tested and labeled with the % of concentration. The edibles take the longest to kick in but last the most time, with oils next and buds hit fast, but only work for a couple hours.

Ok pills:

It all depends on the MG's. 5, 7.5 or 10. I doubt you got 10's and most likely 5mg. So all together you have 30mg of Vikes. You could take all at once and get a really nice buzz for about 4 hours. You could skip meals and take half and get a pretty nice buzz for 4 hours and repeat another day. You could drink with the pills to supercharge them but then you risk slowing your breathing down to zero or choking on vomit so I wouldn't go that route unless you have friends watching you.

As far as the woman with 30 to 40 a day that's a recipe for early death. Kidneys are shot I guarantee it as well as liver. I just cannot comprehend the cost she must have been going through. Most switch to H pretty quickly into addiction because of cost. To get off that sort of quantity is really hard and usually done with other narcotics.

Stick with alcohol or pot. Especially pot it's much much safer.

Friend of mine was an Oxy sales rep for Purdue Pharma. He had some amazing stories about his biggest prescribing doctors. Turns out pain management doctors tend to be the very worst doctors or those suspended from doing basically anything else with their medical license.

The sad thing about the doctors that do this is they spent a fortune in time and money on medical school and then they just throw it all away. 10 years ago there was next to nobody investigating doctors and the big Pharma was pushing pushing pushing these meds. Now most doctors would do anything to not prescribe any kind of narcotics.

Here in the Detroit area they recently busted a doctor for simply writing the scripts, in a lot of cases, not even seeing the patient. How on earth did they think they wouldn't be caught?

Here is one more thing to wrap your brain around. The USA is one of the very few (New Zealand being the other) that allows Big Pharma to advertise prescription medication on the television. Why? We can't run down to the drug store and just get it. The medications we take should #1 be necessary. #2 Be correctly taken, & #3. Be prescribed by a doctor because the doctor knows it will help the situation. But in reality people see the ads and march into their doctors office demanding the pills and the doctors now are happy to just collect the co-pay and hand it out. They shrug their shoulders and say "it won't hurt them so I gave it to them". UGH! Find a doctor that tells you no and tells you the hard truth and stick with them. You may not always like what they say (quit smoking, drinking, lose weight etc) but you will live longer.
