Don't see why you'd ever need 1 gig on a home connection, anything over 25 meg will let you stream HD. I guess it's something to bring up at dinner parties.

Admittedly only two in my household currently and in the case of hd viewing it's generally a joint activity. All i get is 3 m on my DSL. Country living. And it cist me 50 bucks a month. I am jealous all u sons of bitches.
