I agree that I think that this guy is lying thus far but I still see no evidence that shows that to be a fact beyond a reasonable doubt.

Hopefully they can come up with more definitive evidence to show what's really up with this case.

I also agree that it was pretty funny how certain people with a clear agenda of being anti-Trump immediately jumped on the bandwagon and made it out like what this guy says is unequivocally the truth without any substantiation.

I just hope that there is some better and clearer evidence than what they have thus far.

I have a huge problem with both. Why should I be selective about who gets prosecuted? Both acts are meant to cause discord and suspicion, while one was obviously much more malevolent then the other they both should be prosecuted. False allegations, generally, do much more to hurt someone's cause. The false allegations, especially in this case where resources are spread thin anyway, actually take manpower and v time from actual crimes. That, more than anything else else, is why if this guy is shown to be lying he should be prosecuted and even made to pay restitution to the city.
