You ever wonder why Turley can only spew his bought and paid for bs on TV where he's not under oath? Cause when he's under oath, look what he says:
“In fact, I do not believe that the current evidence would support articles of an impeachment,” he told the hearing.

Turley had previously expressed this belief in written testimony submitted ahead of the hearing. “I do not believe that the evidence currently meets the standard of a high crime and misdemeanor needed for an article of impeachment,” he wrote.
And before you get all antsy and red faced again, you still have no evidence against Joe Biden. That has not changed. Hunter Biden is not in office to be impeached. That has not changed. You still cannot even identify a high crime or misdemeanor allegedly committed by Joe Biden. That. Has. Not.
Changed. Delusional. Disingenuous. Intellectually dishonest. Functionally retarded. Partisan. Hack.

Aw, someones big mad that things have changed.
More evidence has been accumulated since then and as usual, because youre disingenuous, you leave out that part from months ago where he DID say the evidence rises to the level of furthering the inquiry. Couple that with what he says here and the law professor shoots down your "Nuh uh!" pretty handily.

Oh, did you finally establish a crime was committed? What is it then? Because if you'll note, your party reps pushing the farce inquiry vote still couldn't even tell us what the crime they're looking for evidence is. But hey, you certainly wouldn't lie about things changing right? No, that's not something you're known for, puffing up the Republican case when you don't got jack.

It's real simple for you, hack. Turley is paid to go on television and sound scholarly, but his conclusions are bought and paid for and they have been for a very long time. The key is when he goes under oath, because he knows that while under oath, he can't lie like he does on television. That's why for hacks like you, things have changed. For the rest of us, all you've done is prove Hunter Biden is Joe Biden's son. You have no evidence of crime committed by Joe Biden. You also can't even name a crime to investigate, and that's been months now. You're still acting like investigating Hunter Biden and uncovering evidence about him is changing the game board, but all the game pieces still keep telling you that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden had no involvement in any business dealings. You can thank your star witness before Turley for that fact, the one you have to ignore because you fell on your face crowing about him before the transcript came out. Seethe harder, hack.

We've been hearing this for over a year now. When will this "change" actually provide something of substance?

Yes. The investigation is ongoing. More subpoenas have been issued and more evidence has been accumulated. Are you unaware of how investigations work? The level of evidence today is greater than it was 2 months ago as a result.

New evidence off the top of my head:
One of the cool new things that was discovered was that Joe Biden used numerous fake names to talk business dealings with Hunter via email; after he had previously strenuously denied knowing anything about Hunters business. Weird. Im not sure why anyone would use fake names but I'm sure its totally legit.
Another cool thing was the "car payment" to Joe Biden that just so happened to be from Hunters business account, not a private account, that had just coincidentally received some foreign money. Weird, but totally cool I'm sure.
More cool stuff was even more financial records that have been subpoenaed and that verify financial transactions on the laptop and those weird fake name emails that Joe used to communicate about business deals. Those same records show more financial transactions from foreign entities going into those totally nonexistent, but somehow legally registered in Delaware, shell companies that then dispersed money to at least 9 Biden family members.

Richard Nixon: He sometimes used the name "Mr. Stone" when checking into hotels.

Ronald Reagan: He was known to use the name "Mr. Wilson" when registering at hotels.

Bill Clinton: After his presidency, Clinton reportedly used the name "William Jefferson" (his full name is William Jefferson Clinton) or simply "W.J. Clinton" when checking into hotels.

Jimmy Carter: He wrote a novel called "The Hornet's Nest" and, during its early drafts, considered using a pseudonym. However, when the book was published, it was under his real name.

Theodore Roosevelt: While not exactly a pseudonym, Roosevelt often wrote under the pen name "Squibob," especially in his early writing career.

Keep swinging.

Already debunked by your own committee and reporting beforehand, that makes it old and thus dismissed by Turley himself, but I guess you'd have to rely on a Democrat to tell you uncomfortable facts and you don't like that. Keep swinging.

Holy shit! Nice try, hack, but thats a pathetic defense; even for you. Checking into a hotel under a fake name is NOT the same as 82,000 pages of emails using multiple fake names or using fake names to talk about shady business deals that you claimed to know nothing about. Think about the lengths you are going to to defend your boy.
82,000 PAGES of emails where Joe Biden used a pseudonym are uncovered: Court filing reveals then-VP's staggering use of three fake names to communicate in private
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics ... r-AA1j726b

Biden exchanged up to 82K pages of emails under pseudonyms while VP: lawsuit
https://nypost.com/2023/10/31/news/bide ... t-lawsuit/

And you or partisan democrats or partisan sources saying the "car payment" was "debunked", sadly for you, doesnt make it so. Theyre relying on the fact that it was labeled as "car payment". You understand you can put anything in there, right? I mean, I guess good for Hunter and Joe as you really cant label it "Money from foreign company I just received".
It still came from a business account that received foreign money that was then turned around and sent to Joe. Claiming it was a " car payment" doesnt change any of that.
And Biden is "tied to the other stuff" via:
“But I have to correct one notion that is being bantered about and that is that you have to really show that money went directly to the president. That’s not the standard that in federal cases involving bribery and other crimes, giving money to a principal’s family members is in fact a benefit under federal law. Otherwise, everyone would just give money to family members and say it’s not a bribe, it’s not impeachable,” Turley stated.

“And by the way, it is impeachable. I was lead counsel in the last traditional impeachment trial, my client was impeached because benefits were given to a judge’s family member. So many of these congressmen repeating this argument voted on that impeachment and said, it is impeachable.”

So yeah, I'll keep swinging because the evidence keeps coming.

You tried to equate signing into a hotel with 82,000 pages of documents using multiple fake names. You have no ground to stand on homeschool. Some of those fake names and emails discuss business dealings that Joe Biden previously claimed he knew nothing about. They are not the same. You can kick and scream all you want and try to equate them all you want but you'll still fail. Know why you'll fail? Because they are not the same.

Things change, hack. You can quote that testimony all you want because he also said this which you always leave out
the damning part disingenuous dot always leaves out wrote:"My testimony also reflects the fact that I do believe that, after months of
investigation, the House has passed the threshold for an inquiry into whether President
Joe Biden was directly involved or benefited from the corrupt practices of his son,
Hunter, and others."
And that was 2.5 months ago. More evidence has been acquired since then which is why...wait for it...things change. Sorry thats hard for you to grasp. The investigation is ongoing. New things emerge. Its not that complicated. Well, except for you and salty I guess.

Some of those fake names and emails discuss business dealings that Joe Biden previously claimed he knew nothing about. They are not the same. You can kick and scream all you want and try to equate them all you want but you'll still fail. Know why you'll fail? Because they are not the same.
You said you couldn't come up with any reason for pseudonyms to be used by someone at a high level office. Very simply, many presidents have done so, including the last guy and actual criminal you're desperately avoiding addressing. Interestingly, you rely only on the hotel example and ignore the many times Trump pretended to be someone else because that does not compute with your disingenuous narrative you're trying to spin. President HW Bush also hid his involvement in his example, but that also does not fit into your narrative, because it relies on spinning that no one could feasibly have a reason to use a pseudonym. What's more, you still have nothing against Joe Biden tied to a crime. You don't got jack, and you still know it.
CHEEZY17 wrote: Wed Dec 20, 2023 1:55 am Things change, hack.
The only thing that changed is what's old is being passed off as new by your disingenuous reps. Comer and co, along with you, are desperate to find anything to hang around Joe Biden and so what we're seeing is an attempt to mask a lack of crime with tons of allegations about everyone but Joe Biden. It's real simple, hack, what is the crime? You've had months, you've said you had the proof for just as long. In the meantime, the only thing that's happened is your second star witness under oath dismissed what you say you have as not measuring up to proof of anything worthy of impeachment. You can keep dancing around that fact, but it's damning and dismisses what you claimed for months. Now you can keep claiming you have bombshell new evidence, but eventually, you're going to have to put up or shut up. And so far, the Biden brand farce has struck out every single time. Seethe harder, hack.

82,000 emails using fake names. Fake names used in business and government communications NOT to check into a hotel.
Some of those emails discuss business dealings with Hunter that Joe Biden previously said he knew nothing about. Why do you keep ignoring that? Try to stay on topic. I know you want to avoid discussing that but I'm not going to let you because it is evidence that you still laughably claim doesnt exist.
Joe Biden is president and under investigation. Bush and Reagan are not and were not.
Now, try to focus on Joe Biden's documented communications using a fake name talking about Hunters "business".
