i remember years ago, I had a young engineer with me and we were headed to Bridgeport, Tx to meet with an aggregate salesman and he was going to give us a tour of their crushing operation. I had been there before, but this kid with me had never seen one. Anyway, on the drive up I was explaining how big this place was. Almost all of the concrete aggregate in Dallas/Fort Worth comes out of a few pits in Bridgeport.
