I dont know what the percentage of hard core Mormons is to the general Mormon population but I will say this: I've been to Utah twice and in my experience the people there were some of the nicest folks I've ever met. Almost on par with Canadiens.

Totally agree, I did a week in SLC and was blown away at how nice and beautiful people were. The land of the yoga pants.
