My son and two grandchildren scarfed it down and went back for seconds. My grandson NEVER goes back for seconds. EVER! My wifey near shit herself when the boy asked for more!

Knowing my grandchildren (they both have a shoe leather palate) I decided to add diced apples to the soup. Pretty sure it was the apples that hooked 'em.

Unfortunately I have to go all the way to the Big Smoke to get mine. I was down on the week-end and picked up another case.

Also while I was in the Asian market I frequent, I found coconut cream powder. Have never seen it before. Will post results next time I make use of it.
