Like I said I don't know much about stocks and trading, but how did RD go from 1st on Tuesday to last on Friday?

In his head he got out based on insider information provided through his "money man" on the day before his stock crashed. In reality, he has no fucking idea what he's doing.

That's a hell of a 4 day crash.

Wow. Fuck, they extract lithium from brine. The lithium is then used in batteries. It almost reads as if this is either based on new technology or a new joint venture with some company that already has a shit load of brine reserves (whatever those are).

Honestly, that is a solid pick. Its trading at about half what it has been up to over the past few months. Its only a $6 stock, which means you can actually buy over 100 shares at a time. Good one.

I assume those numbers are at close at 4 p.m EST. SLI went up another 2.9% in after-hours trading.

My money guy figures a 19% to 24% bump in the lithium market over the next 2 years.

(that's the lithium market, not just SLI. SLI isn't the only lithium stock I have)

i know zero about the lithium market, i'm just looking at the fact that the stock was just recently closing in on $13 a share. and its at about $7.50 now.

Yeah. SLI is part of a conglomerate and 2 of the other companies in it got into a pissing match over the rights to a new brine site in Argentina. It spooked investors and the stock dropped.

one of the first rules you learn on Shark Tank is to avoid products that people only need to buy one time. Add to that products that are only designed for a single demographic and products that are a bit expensive.

But, as you pointed out, I have heard some buyout talk from Nike and from Amazon.

And RD's stock is back above when the game started.

you can't look at stocks under a microscope. You have to stand way back and look at them over large periods of time. Let's take SONY as an example. Since the game started on 2-1-2022 that stock is up 0.64% (I'm looking at right this minute prices). Now that seems like nothing or "holy fuck" as you put it.

But, let's put it into perspective. This game started 10 days ago. If you extrapolate that 0.64% in 10 days out over 1 year you get 23.36%. Now, who wouldn't take a 23% gain on an investment in one year right now?
