I solved this already - stalls in women's bathrooms. That way when they need to expose their ladybits, or penises in the case of confusion, they can do it in a private stall with the door closed and no one will see.

I'm not sure what the current arrangement is in a lady toilet, but from the fuss about trannies getting in I'm assuming it's some kind of open trough they all squat over while staring at each others bits.

How about this. Unisex bathrooms where the stalls go from ceiling to floor and the door has no gaps? It will cost more for the building but then you only need one bathroom.

There'd hardly be all this fuss about trannies using them if there were single occupancy stalls with doors now would there? Think about it. It would be impolite to ask a lady and we can hardly go check it out, but logic and reason clearly dictate that they must use an open circular trough arrangement. Possibly some kind of transparent potty seat for those too old, young or infirm to just squat over the mirrored floor.
