There is now a legal term called the "Streisand Effect". It means things blowing up in your legal face. Backstory- so a few years ago, the California Coastal Commission decided to post online photos showing every inch of their coastline from Oregon to Mexico. Maybe 20 hits a day. Streisand's lawyers went to court to block it so no one could see her mansion on the coast or know where it was. Denied but because of the publicity, 300,000 hits per day to see it.

If you could be molested by Jacko and get a 2 million payout, or molested by Streisand and only get a 1 million payout, I'd genuinely have to give it some thought. I'd probably go with Jacko.
