But the road money comes from the taxes on gasoline and they are the highest in country. I own 2 vehicles with V8 engines..... Perhaps I need a Corvette as well

If PA congress is as corrupt as SC congress you mean the money from gas taxes are SUPPOSED to go to fix the roads.

I work for a hydro utility. We have 125 guys. In 30 years I have never seen a guy spit in the shop.
Same. I've worked in over 12 different manufacturing facilities from small to enormous shops with some pretty dirtbag dudes and I dont think I've ever seen anyone spit on the floor. I've seen them spit chew into a cup but that's about it. Even that was eventually eliminated.
