MJ is using drugs like crazy to "get back in shape" so he can go on a worldwide tour to dig himself out of debt, OD's, and the family has the local DA go after his personal physician and have him thrown in jail for years/ decades. Hell, he may still be there. Have never heard that he got released.

I don't understand why this is news (beyond this new film being released), this was big news 15 years ago when it originally happened. People forgave him then cause he was Michael Jackson, the mud is only sticking this time cause he is dead and can't buy people off. He was clearly guilty the first time.
