What makes me laugh is the reverence some of the old guys paid to the mods on the old UJ and to a much lesser degree here. FSF and others expect the mods to act in a certain unbiased way with a certain level of maturity and fairness, like they are some special ubermensch. When in reality anyone can set up a free forum like this and be a mod, it's nowt special, like at all. I've been a mod on other forums and 99% of the time it's just banning bots and clearing spam.

AH, EV, Biker and the rest really don't give a shit, I am 99.9% certain, about rules, regulation and especially fairness. It's a nothing more than a piss about and they can do what the fuck they want, when they want and there ain't no reporting it to the Internet police if you don't like it.
